International Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders. Due to the delicate nature of our products and the long-distance travel, items returned from abroad can be damaged and unsuitable for resale. Please consider this before ordering.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Should you request a redelivery, an additional delivery charge will apply.

United Kingdom Returns
We accept returns within 14 working days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (order number).

Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the steps and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If your item has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at fiamilashes@gmail.com to check if cancellation is still possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved:
• Processing time: Refunds may take up to 2 business days to be marked as “Pending” in Shopify.
• Bank handling: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
• Method: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used lash products.
Items marked as Final Sale or discounted are non-returnable.

Returned to Sender / Unclaimed Packages
If your parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or not collected, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please email us at fiamilashes@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include clear photos of the item. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for inspection before issuing a refund.
