All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, the responsibility for delivery times lies with the courier. Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly, as FIÁMI LONDON is not liable for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 10 working days before contacting us for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a delivery fails due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Should you wish to have the order resent, a new delivery charge will apply.
